After falling vacant for a number of years, the property was acquired in a joint venture with Media Office and planning was granted for the use as a hotel. The first non-UK Soho House, the Grade II-listed building in Mitte is set over eight floors and contains 65 bedrooms, 20 apartments and four spacious lofts.
