Purchased in 2011 as a tired, 1970’s office building, the Bonhill Building was entirely repurposed as a cutting edge Shoreditch tech building. Inspired by ‘The White Cube’ in Bermondsey, we undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the reception area to create a high quality ‘art gallery’ entrance.

In Detail

The derelict courtyard was transformed into an independent coffee shop run by local Shoreditch baristas. The vacant offices were refurbished into a new Grade A media loft-office specification. 30,000 sq ft was entirely let to MindCandy, a well-known UK tech company who have developed Moshi Monsters. As part of the tenant incentive, we fitted a slide between two of the floors.
