Hans Peter joined Resolution Property in 2019 and is responsible for the company’s investment activities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the CEE region. Before joining Resolution, he spent 8 years on the investment team of pan-European investment manager FREO Group, where he was a Director focused on investment management and the acquisition of opportunistic and value-added projects in the office, hotel and retail sectors in Germany.

Prior to this, Hans Peter spent 5 years in the US, working on the acquisition and the investment management of office and data centre assets for a subsidiary of Carlyle Group that invested capital on behalf of Carlyle’s US realty funds. In 2010, the company, previously named Carlyle Realty Group West, was successfully listed on the NYSE under the name CoreSite Realty Corp. (NYSE:COR).

Hans Peter holds a MSc. degree in Real Estate and Construction Management as well as a BSBA in International Business from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is an Austrian citizen and is located in Resolution’s Frankfurt office.
