Chris transitioned from Fosun Group to Resolution Property in 2022. Prior to that, he worked as an Executive Investment Director at Fosun Hive, real estate arm of Fosun Group. Before joining Fosun in 2018, Chris spent 10 years with KMPG in the UK where he practised as an auditor, as well as working in the Corporate Finance division. He advised UK-listed corporates and global investment funds, with respect to valuation, corporate restructuring, strategic review and cross-border transactions.

Chris graduated with a BEng (Hon) in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton in 2008. He then qualified as a Chartered accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2011.
