Company Culture

We believe in true partnerships with our investors, our stakeholders and our advisers. We see successful fund and asset management as a collective process, drawing on diverse skills and experience from within our team and beyond. Our insight and agility help us stay ahead of shifting market dynamics and consumer behaviours, ensuring we deliver successful assets in a changing world. Creative thinking has defined our approach since formation and remains core to our culture, alongside the reliability and trust that is born from decades of experience.

Resolution and Art

We have a long history of collaborating with, and nurturing artists, both new and emerging. We’re at the forefront of developing work/lifestyle hubs for creative industries so working with artists is a natural fit for us, be that commissioning them to create works for our walls and spaces, or inviting them to use our spaces as studios, workshops or exhibition venues. Among the recent works Resolution Property has helped develop or commissioned are an installation by audio-visual composer Tarik Barry as part of Bristol’s Simple Things EXT Festival and an immersive light installation by Liz West in one of developments. We also work with organisations like Creative Debuts, to spot and champion the art stars of tomorrow.

Working With Men

This award-winning charity supports ‘positive male activity, engagement and involvement’ and works with boys and men who are socially or economically disadvantaged, marginalised or isolated. Working With Men’s initiatives focus on transitional times such as starting school, getting a job or becoming a parent – times when boys and men are most likely to encounter challenges and therefore most likely to need help. WWM also partners with the Womens and Girls Network to promote healthy relationships between boys and girls at school .

In May 2016 Resolution Property hosted the first ever private fundraising event in support of Working With Men at London’s RIBA. The evening featured a silent auction, with lots including the spectacular Chameleon Necklace by jeweller Pauline Wong, a limited-edition print from Zaha Hadid Design and a holiday from luxury travel company Scott Dunn. Guest of honour at the event was artist Grayson Perry, who not only donated tickets to a private view to his exhibition at London’s Serpentine Gallery, but also took part in a Q&A conducted by ITN’s James Mates.

The Young Carers Project

When we decided that we wanted to support an organization which was London-based and that worked with children, we were surprised by how many extraordinary charities there are, each doing amazing work. We decided to work with Young Carers because of the outstanding support they offer hundreds of five- to 18-year-olds who currently care for a relative.

As part of our work with Young Carers we organized an art and photography competition – the charity arranges regular creative workshops for its young carers and we were lucky enough to see them in action. Submitted artworks were judged by renowned photographer Juergen Teller, illustrator Bruce Ingman and gallery owner Sadie Coles, who selected the finalists, which were exhibited in our pop-up gallery.

To raise funds for Young Carers we also held an evening event, with an auction and a raffle. Auction lots included a commissioned portrait by painter John Appleton and lunch and a tour of Sotheby’s auction house. Among the raffle prizes were two BA flights to any European destination and an overnight stay at Marco Pierre White’s Kings Arms Hotel in Sussex.
