Joined Resolution Property in 2017 as Senior Asset Management Europe. She has a sound 22 years professional experience in the retail real estate sector, focusing mainly the Outlet market and acquiring a strong expertise in this area at an international level.

Prior to joining Resolution, Mayte was at Neinver, where she had the double responsibility of Head of Neinver France and Business Development Director, assuring the strategy and development of the company.

An RICS member, she has a Masters Degree in Pedagogy and Business Management at University of Sevilla and the EGC du Maine School respectively, and an Executive Masters in Management & Strategy at SciencesPo Paris.
